- README.md with badges, features, architecture, and setup guide
- LICENSE (PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0)
- CONTRIBUTING.md with guidelines
- CHANGELOG.md for v1.0.0
- GitHub issue and PR templates
- Updated .gitignore
