Added a markdown file with instructions for creating a new version release, including changelog and version updates. Also added the MacTorn-v1.4.5.zip file for direct distribution.

Bash(git add:*), Bash(git status:*), Bash(git commit:*) Create version for direct distribution. Update changelog, update readme, update version in gradle files, create a git commit and push it to github with release.
