<p>Spent some time yesterday getting Linux up on my old Air so my mom could use it. After failing to install ChromeOS Flex I decided to go with Ubuntu. I think it&rsquo;s the easiest and most maintained OS I could get on it. Unfortunately MacOS is EOL for Mid 2013 Air, so I had to pick something else.</p>

<p>My old Macbook Air from 2013 is gonna get second life soon. I&rsquo;m thinking about putting a Chrome OS or Ubuntu on it so my mom could use it as her computer. She&rsquo;s using really old and end-of-life chromebook so she&rsquo;s due already. I&rsquo;m actually looking forward to making it work again!</p>
