Thinking of merging Mastodon server and Discourse server in one. Also putting it on much more capable machine just to make sure there’s enough space to grow them. Looks like a weekend project?
+ +I didn’t even notice a moment in which I’ve fully switched to android. I was using iP 14 plus and the only negative side effect of the switch is battery life. Obviously the smaller device has worse battery life but let’s be honest - most of the time I’m at home. And when I’m not - I carry a powerbank with me all the time.
+But yesterday after I helped wifey move from that old 11 Pro to 14 Plus, she said that if I want to - I can think about getting a proper phone. And even though it sounds very good and I love buying stupid phones, I’m very content with what I’m getting out of this 8a. Of course it isn’t the best phone out there but every time I see a shortcoming i remind myself that this phone costs $350. Crazy!
